Refund Information

Refund Status of 2025 Nationals Event Fees:
We are beginning to process refunds for event fees associated with rained-out events from the 2025 USA Pickleball National Championships. Refunds are being processed as quickly as possible, and funds will be returned to the original payment method used at registration. Please note only those who were checked in/ present are eligible. All eligible athletes have been communicated with directly via email from nationalsreg@usapickleball.org.

Saturday, November 15: Refund
All athletes who checked in/ were present are eligible. If you withdrew from your event, you are not eligible to receive an event fee refund.

In addition to the event fee refund, for those scheduled to play only on Saturday, November 15, your 2025 Nationals registration fee will be applied as a credit toward your registration for the 2026 USA Pickleball National Championships.

Tuesday, November 18: Refund
All athletes who checked in and were not able to accommodate the reschedule of their event on Wednesday, November 19, are eligible for an event fee refund.

In addition to the event fee refund, for those scheduled to play only on Tuesday, November 18, your 2025 Nationals event registration fee will be applied as a credit toward your registration for the 2026 USA Pickleball National Championships.
